The founder of the Charitable Trust is Mr & Mrs Arutchelvan. Both of them are NRI's residing and working in Bermuda and wants to settle down back in India. Mr Arutchelvan "Chairman & Managing Trustee" was born and raised in K.K. Nagar, Chennai started his career as ”Typist” after finishing his commerce graduation in D B Jain College. Later finished his Diploma Course in computers and joined as ''E D P In Charge" in Vaigai Wings Private Limited. Started his own computer software consultancy company and got business through his friends who work in Mumbai, Singapore and in Gulf. In Chennai, "TECON'' an engineering consultancy firm deputed him to do a consultancy job for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited for their "Contractors Evaluation Programme" for Southern Region. From Mumbai, he did software consultancy work for few software companies'. He assists an IATA approved travel agent for their entire office automation.
From 1999 to 2002 he did consultancy job for ''Sriharans Solicitors'', a leading solicitors firm in London, UK. Finally in December 2002 he got married to Miss Emili Kanniah in Bermuda who is now the Secretary for "E & A Charitable Trust''. In Bermuda he worked for "Bermuda Resorts Hotel" as Accountant and later joined with "American Reinsurance Company'' [AIG] and finally worked as ''Accounts Analyst" in DHL World Wide Express, Bermuda.
Mrs Emili Arutchelvan the present Secretary of "E & A Charitable Trust'' is wife of the Chairman who was born and brought up in Nagercoil, Southern India. Later moved to Chennai and then studied her Diploma in Nursing in Andhra Pradesh. From that time their family was living in Kundrathur. Worked in "Tata Hospital'', Mumbai as "Registered Nurse" and later joined as Nurse in "American Oil Company'' [ARAMCO], Saudi Arabia.
Later moved to Bermuda in 2002 and working as an Emergency Department Nurse in "King Edward VII Memorial Hospital''. She is the first Asian Female Nurse working in that hospital with American Accreditation.
Both Mr & Mrs Arutchelvan love to support the poor and needy. Both supported the needy a lot while in Saudi Arabia, UK and in Bermuda. They regularly support an Orphanage in Neyveli called "Thai Thondu Maiyam". Both raised funds while in Bermuda at the time of Tsunami and helped the victims in Cuddalore. Both financially supported lot of poor people for their educational requirements.
Now both want to support and assist the needy in a big way by giving more of their time. Both of them strongly believe that "Serving the poor people is serving the God”. This is the reason to start and register a charitable trust.
